Lunardi released his latest "Bracketology" update on Friday, which continues to have Michigan State as one of the highest possible seeds in the field of 68. Lunardi has Michigan State stationed as a No. 3 seed in the West Region in his latest bracket projection. Michigan State is projected to face No. 14 seed UNC Asheville in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.
Michigan State is currently on a 13-game winning streak that dates back to the Maui Invitational in November. The Spartans hold a 18-2 overall record and 9-0 mark in Big Ten play. Michigan State plays at USC on Saturday afternoon.
Lunardi has nine teams from the Big Ten in his latest batch of "Bracketology" that was released on Friday. He has Michigan State and Purdue as the highest-seeded teams from the Big Ten as No. 3 seeds.
