TUMWATER, Thurston County -- Crow Holdings Industrial and Sierra Construction began work on the phased, six-building Tumwater Corporate Center in the fall of 2022. Completion of the first two buildings, at 2222-2422 93rd Ave. S.W., came last year. Nelson was the architect.

Now there's a debut tenant. Lee & Associates announced last week that its client, Korean company Daedong, will use one building as a distribution facility for its Kioti band of agricultural tractors. It'll occupy about 149,340 square feet, plus 3 acres of yard space.
