A man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Butler County early Tuesday morning, officials said.
First responders were dispatched just before 7 a.m. to State Line Road just north of Hamilton Scipio Road, where a 24-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene, the Butler County Sheriff's Office said in a news release.
Officials say the driver, whose name has yet to be released, was southbound in a gray 2008 Honda when they veered off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree. The driver wasn't wearing a seatbelt when the crash happened.
Officials said investigators were called to the scene to learn more about what caused the crash.
