phase gamma: convert and compile phase alpha algorithm on phase beta device

I started phase alpha and after some procedures i find a reliable algorithm developed by QMSDP team that is winner of kaggle seizure predicting challenge( http://blog.kaggle.com/2015/01/26/american-epilepsy-society-seizure-prediction-challenge/). you can see complete project here:

i decide to use some parts of it for initial and start the project second part.

now I'm going to focus and phase beta to develop a electrical device for recording EEG continuously.
